Stayed 3 nights and had a great experience. Located close to everything you need, grocery store is really close by and option 1 for the breakfasts are always delicious. The staff were super helpful, gave us a map of where everything was and booked tours for us right there that picked us up from the hostel. Internet doesn't really work... More

I stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the kitchen is clean, the rooms are small but well-kept, and there are so many friendly visitors. Would recommend this to anyone staying in the area, great experience overall!

Freddy is a fantastic host and passionate about the area! He is even out looking for nightlife each night to show the guests! We saw a big sloth in the trees outside the hostel. I spend 2 nights here. It was quite good. No bugs in the room. The mattress was a bit too hard for my liking but that's just my personal preference. Staff is friendly and give a lot of tips. The breakfast could have been a bigger portion instead of just a tiny bit of scrambled egg.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Despite not knowing that much Spanish, it was surprisingly easy to book day trips through the front desk. The breakfast was yummy and nice because it was included. The rooms and bathrooms are quite basic, but decent enough. Steps away from the center of town, this place is easy to get to.

Cabinas was a very friendly place to stay, and the service was what made it an awesome time for us. The facilities were relatively basic, and the shower was somewhat temperamental, but the breakfast was good and the room was very clean and spacious enough for 2-3 people. Would recommend it for anyone travelling on a budget!

My first experience at the Cabinas was making the drive into the 'car park'. Was I ever glad we had a 4x4. Its a steep ascent but achievable.
