We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Warm welcome from Jamie. Immediately shown to our room which was clean, neat and beautifully decorated. It had two windows overlooking the river and beautiful views both ways up and down. Doward We ate dinner in the evening and the meal was excellent, as was the breakfast the next morning.... More

My wife and I stayed at Ye Old Ferrie Inn (YOFI) for three nights from 1st April 2012. On arrivial we we warmly greeted by Jamie, and his more than capable assistant Kate. We were soon shown to our room and assisted with the luggage (thanks Mark). The room was really lovely (spotless, well equipped and cosy), and had views... More

We booked at very short notice (the day before!) and Jamie was very helpful and accomodating. There was 13 of us and Jamie and his team couldn't have been more welcoming. We slept in the bunk house which was great. The views were stunning and the riverside walks were lovely. The children especially loved walking Yofi the puppy. Jamie and... More

Jamie, the most helpful, kindest, loveliest landlord in the world, was able to offer us the bunkhouse and 24 hours later we arrived! Glorious sunshine and a beautiful setting with views to die for. We were three families, 13 in total, and Jamie suggested... More

We stayed at the ye olde ferry inn over the Easter break & did a spot of canoeing which was all in a lovely setting. However we were promised the opportunity to witness the sunshine by Jamie which never materilised, we were then fobbed off when sitting down to breakfast that we had just missed it! In all seriousness Jamie... More

We were looking forward to our stay here! Had a lovely meal that evening with delightful and helpful waitresses. We'd decided to stay here as it was local to an event we were taking part in. As part of this, we'd already had communications with the owner re timing of our breakfast as we'd want it earlier than scheduled. Prior... More
