We staying at Hotel Mangalan for 2 nights the first May bank holiday and found it nice other than a few things. We stayed in room 701, great views to the sea. - Pillows. Stayed here off season so paid a reasonable price so my feeling was that I did get value for money. The staff are friendly. Rooms are big and modern although I think that the cleaning could be better. Hotel is no directly on the beach. It sits among an estate.
