It was impossible to contact this hotel to cancel an advanced booking and a full charge was made. Both the hotel and the booking agent refused compensation. Beware - if you can't make it you will be charged!

My husband & I booked the Hotel du Commerce because of its central location in the Ardennes. It is located in Houffilze which is about 17 miles from Bastogne. We stayed for one night at the Hotel du Commerce in Houffalize and it was one of our best nights in Europe!
