The very first moment of our visit was already unpleasant. There was no greeting from the receptionist...she did not even smile or look at us when we checked in. This hotel is located on a great location. However it is managed purely by the owner of the resort at the front office, she has a terrible service attitude, and that really matters in this service industry including tourism industry.
