The first disagreement was them requiring my Thai wifes I.D. card held at the security gate. This can be a major identity theft security problem, we agreed the first night but absolutely refused afterwards. The reception is at the top of a steep stairway that is designed to impress perhaps but is not access friendly, even for fit younger people... More

First impression of this hotel was that for the price we paid ($45), we were getting a GREAT deal! The grounds were beautiful, they let us check in very early with no problem, everything seemed very quiet, serene, and orderly. We stayed with my parents and our 2 year old son. The rooms were OK, comfortable. Although things such as the towels in the bathroom looked as though they had been in use for 20 years.
