Away from town centre but within easy walking distance of all the attractions. Spacious accommodation with fully eqipped kitchen.. Lovely mountain views from our own small garden where we sat with a glass of wine and watched the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived planning to stay 1 night but stayed 2 nights. Close to Hanmer Springs Pools token $2 for a large towel for the springs was great. No wet towels when travelling the next day. Have stayed at other accommodation in Hanmer Springs when The Chalet Motel has been booked out and nothing compares.... My 3rd time and i rate this accommodation highly. We have a great couple of days just unwinding before we went on, the chalets are great the only thing i could suggest is a couch the chairs weren't that comfortable

This an absolutely lovely, quiet, clean accommodation. We were fortunate enough to stay one night and found it totally as advertised. The owners were so helpful in directing us to another motel for our second night. I would recommend this motel to friends and family.

We only booked for one night but would definitely have stayed longer if we had the time. Hope to go back again and spend longer next time. The information pack in the room was really helpful, the place was really tidy and clean and we had a great view from our chalet. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay while touring. The accomodation was a little dated, but clean and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen.
