Ben is an attentive host and a very nice man - if slightly overwhelming - whose breakfasts concentrate on quantity rather than quality, though the porridge was good. Shalimar is a good B&B, just a short walk from downtown Mallaig. Ben is a delightful host. He made reservations and drove us to the restaurant. The rooms are nicely decorated, the bathrooms large and modern. Breakfast was good, coffee made to suit each individual. More
