this hotel is a family run hotel, i have resided here for 3 year because of my work, i have never encountered a single bad experience with a single member of staff, the food is all cooked from scratch, i will recomend the steak n ale pie, and battered haddock,

Lovely old-world hotel in the throes of being updated. Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Evening meal and Breakfast were excellent and served with a smile. Lovely area to have a holiday. Annan is a good central point with lovely walks by the river.

I stayed here with my family for ROM event 2012, The room smelled very musty on account of the rotting pile of mattresses and other junk below our window. There were supposed to be free wi fi in all the rooms, the internet was off, but if it were on, we would of had to sit downstairs, out of range... More

I have stayed here on many occasions as my work often brings me to the area and am rather surprised at a couple of the bad reviews .... The Queensbury is indeed a older building which could benefit from some updates, but it seems to have a ongoing maintainence programme and is constantly improving ,It offers exceptional value for money...
