Returned to the Queensberry Arms Hotel yet again and i'm glad to say nothing has changed!! Everything is still very clean and tidy, the food is as good as ever and the staff are amazing, nothing is a problem.

I/We Have only just returned from a week-end break staying at The Queensberry Arms Hotel...And I/we loved every minute of it..We loved the character and history of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable,The food was always piping hot and well presented, Especially the Breakfast. Decided to go in for lunch, we were starving, and although not impressed with the look of the place hunger got the better of us ...... To cut a very long and boring story short- after 45 mins we left without actually getting our meal - 45mins sitting in the shabbiest room ever, but did manage to get a soft... More

Lovely old-world hotel in the throes of being updated. Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Evening meal and Breakfast were excellent and served with a smile. Lovely area to have a holiday. Annan is a good central point with lovely walks by the river.

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. It was value for money but could do with an awful lot of TLC. Staff were very pleasant. NO wifi in every room. Not even in reception area. However the breakfasts were very good and the bar friendly. The view from the window was dirty mattresses and old chairs. The bathroom smelled of... More

I stayed here with my family for ROM event 2012, The room smelled very musty on account of the rotting pile of mattresses and other junk below our window. There were supposed to be free wi fi in all the rooms, the internet was off, but if it were on, we would of had to sit downstairs, out of range... More

Stayed there this week with two pals on a bird watching trip. £37.50 for b/b was not unreasonable but you were only offered orange juice at breakfast. The bed rooms were fine and we all had good sleeps and the only issue was my bathroom i.e. vanity light did not work, bath plug without chain, leaking shower, shower fed from... More

I have stayed here on many occasions as my work often brings me to the area and am rather surprised at a couple of the bad reviews .... The Queensbury is indeed a older building which could benefit from some updates, but it seems to have a ongoing maintainence programme and is constantly improving ,It offers exceptional value for money...
