Very friendly, very clean, all the facilities you would expect and more. Hosts, Nigel and Jean were extremely and attentive. Breakfast excellent and free parking right outside almost in the centre of Leyburn - what more could you want.? Should be a 5 star rather than a 3.!

We found the Grove House by luck as we parked outside whilst deciding what to do because Leyburn was virtually cut off by floods. Hotels and B&B's were filling up rapidly and we saw the vacancy sign.
