I stayed here for two weeks whilst working in teignmouth. Rooms were excellent, very clean and well equipped. The hosts were excellent nothing was ever too much and I feel as though I had made two new friends here. Would definitely return to the seaway.

Great place to stay. clean and well presented. Great hosts, Nothing too much trouble. My husband needed a special diet and they were so willing to help.Couldn't ask for more. breakfasts-such a lot of choice. Room great. Good value. don't be put off by ungraded status. Definitely 3 star +. Don't think you will be disappointed.

excellent hosts the room was spotless and had every thing we needed plenty of coffee and tea etc the homemade scotch pancakes were the best ive ever tasted we have visited several times and already booked again .
