Stayed on half-board the week before Xmas 2011. Didn't like the location of our room at first, but we were moved efficiently to a higher room with a view the next day; although the first room was lovely, it was just the location. This hotel lived up to more than our expectations actually! Nothing was too much trouble in order to satisfy our needs, whether it was help in reception, service in the restaurant, maid service in the room etc. - all personell seemed bound upon giving us first priority. lovely hotel, enterainment a bit naf to say the least,plenty of choice for food ,however night time things changed, you could wait 30 mins for a drink ,in large groups the waiters would forget some drinks ,and some of the waiters seemed brassed of with the british.would i go again NO. More
