Lovely location, lovely hotel. It was a perfect place for us to stay in Mamaia/ Constanta, to visit the Black Sea in the winter.

Stable power, free wifi, clean rooms, hot water, great food at the restaraunt, and a friendly staff. Breakfast is included in the price of the room. Also, one of the few hotels open in the off season in Mamaia.
