“Large and nice apartments - poor service”

We chose this place to stay because of its large apartments and its location near the beach and the town, but the map at the hotel's web-site (http://www.simon-apts.com) makes the location look like it's closer to the town than it really is. We made our booking by sending them an e-mail, but we got no confirmation or other kind of... More
