No hot water for the 48 hours we were there, what more else do you need to know. Overall a very strange experience, all I can say really. The entire place lacked hot water, others had been there days prior to our arrival, I have no idea why they stayed. We departed early, went down the road to a nicer... More

What a great hotel. Excellent facilities - rooms, breakfast, pool, view, location and staff. Very clean and stunning location again - 10 minutes to Orebic and then short ferry to Korcula. Could not have asked for more.

Whilst we only stayed 3 nights ,how anybody could criticise this place is beyond belief. Our apartment was clean ,there was no problem with any of the facilities therin. We had great views across the bay to the island of Korcula The staff were very attentive and obliging. The public rooms were something to marvel at. Magnificent collections of antiques... More

At first blush, this villa on the gorgeous Peljesac Peninsula is impressive. The complex is set in lush vineyards, with stunning views of the water below. The pool area is truly beautiful. But then, it all begins to unravel. We stayed for four nights and had no hot water for two days. It took repeated proddings of the staff before... More

Stayed for one night. At first sight, the place looked great: terrific views on the coast line and korcula and large panoramic swimming pool. The view soon resulted to be the only notable feature of this place. The villa looks nice from a distance but as soon as you get closer you realise that it has been built with cheap... More

As other reviewers have mentioned, the management is awful. My main complaint is that after my wife and I left (we were there during our honeymoon), we realized she had left 4 dresses in the closet. After many unsuccessful attempts to reach the hotel by email and phone (they never answer the phone), I finally got Antonio on his cell... More

Avoid Villa Antonio at all costs. We booked our hotel online and were forced to use a credit card to hold the room. Upon arrival we were told that they had no record of reservation even after presenting them with the confirmation paperwork. They said "no problem, we have a room available at the same price". We paid in euros... More

I read the negative reviews about this hotel after having booked it and was dismayed. However, please do not take much notice of them. The hotel was really nice. We had a lovely room with a view, the service was fine and the breakfast was by far the best that we had in Croatia. I agree that you shouldn't visit... More

We stayed at Villa Antonio end of Sept 2007 as part of a wonderful trip thru Croatia and Slovenia, The Villa is surrounded by vineyards and overlooks the sea.Rooms are adequate, and the villa itself has artwork, and collections of " stuff" Our issue was not with the Villa, but with the quirky owner, Toni. We ordered some of his... More

I'll try to keep from overly complaining and keep this fact-based. First off, for those who might be considering staying at VA (villa antonio) make sure you have a car or other transportation into town, otherwise you're at the mercy of Antonio & his underlings. If something is going on (let's say a croatian music festival that Antonio is hosting,... More
