Reasons: 1) Location of hotel is perfect 2) Hotel condition is good- sufficient size rooms(not too big), neat and clean washrooms, good furniture in rooms, nice lawn, swimming pool and indoor game facility, separate restaurant. 3) Economical 4) Good food.
