The hotel is nice....the interior of the rooms are fair enough....the swimming pool is comforting.....food is nice and tasty!....the staff is VERY caring enough to deal with any problems....the manager is also helpful...the road leading to the hotel is not great but thats not a big issue.....the hotel is a 5 mins(close) walk to the market...its not a luxury hotel... I stayed at Pratap with my family. If you are not too worried about view from the room, then it is a nice place to stay, as the food is excellent and staff are very friendly. I did not encounter any problems at all.

We stayed for 4 days from 24 May to 27 May in the said hotel. The room service is excellent and the interiors of the room is superb. Each and every staff of hotel gives you a very special attention. The food was totally home made with superb taste. Nice place to stay in mahabaleshwar.
