We stayed there in December 2011. The place is situated at an excellent location. The stay has complimentary breakfast which is very good as well. The rooms are based on colour themes and are very neat and appealing. The staff is helpful as well. Stayed there for three days and found it to be perfect.

Very very pleased with our stay at waters. People had recommended this place before, but unfortunately we skipped it a few times. From now on, if it's Goa, it's Waters. Waters is a cosy boutique hotel with around 10-12 rooms which are each named by colors such as Aqua,Green,Blue,orange,Burgundy etc ! Very unique.. we were a large group of people and we chose waters because of its location and good review from a close friend . Our experience was good and we really enjoyed our stay . The rooms were nice ,clean and spacious.My personnel favourite is aqua .In short great place to stay.
