A short trip to visit very old friends who have recently moved to the area but have a very small house, so this was a good alternative. The farm is at the Exeter end of Crediton and is approached from the road to the railway station. Most of the road is tarmacked but the last 200 yards or so is... More

OK our stop was a only for 1 night but it was clear that Susan, the owner, took great pride in making her guests welcome. Our room was larger than expected, in fact we were offered a choice of room, it was warm, more than sufficiently furnished and had a great view of surrounding countryside. Breakfast was a delight and... More

Great experience, with everything you could need right on hand. Room was lovely overlooking fantastic views with a breakfast to die for. Stayed while on a course in Exeter. Would definitely take family next time.

Can't understand the positive reviews - if you want a clean room and to be treated like a paying guest, not like one of the family, this isn't the place for you. The views of the countryside are average and being on a working farm comes with all that. If you want a plain, old B&B, where you're not that... More

This is of course a false review. He wanted a room with a shower and they were all already occupied. A local person who has booked friends and family in with me on several occasions had made the booking on his behalf and had not requested this as a requirement. He told me he had to go to the supermarket... More

Can't understand the negative review if you want five star go there and pay for it. However if you want to stay in a clean room with character on a working farm, and wake up to the most fantastic views of Devon countryside you can imagine. Have a fresh locally bought traditional english breakfast and be treated like one of... More

We arrived a little late in the evening, but we were greeted most enthusiastically by Susan, the owner. We were shown to our fantastic room - absolutely spotless with a stunning view of the countryside. We were meeting some friends, so Susan arranged a taxi and some ideas of places to eat in Crediton. After a most restful night we... More

This stay was our second at the Great Park Farm and it is outstanding. Beautiful location on a working farm. Breakfasts are first rate, they have a dog named Rosie that is a delight with children and is also a working farm dog, has wireless internet access, close to a Tesco if you need supplies, and overall is a superb...
