Stayed here for one night on business. Very clean warm room, nice friendly staff (and as expected everyone spoke excellent English). Breakfast was very nice. This is a well run Hotel.

The Hotel is good and service is also Ok. Food is little costly. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The surrounding is very good. The climate was very plesant. Hotel service is good. The hotel staff is very prompt in service and always happy to help. Good co-operation from the hotel staff.

Don't let the Best Western sign out front scare you away - this is a family owned and operated hotel. The same family has been running it since it was built in 1855 (it has, of course, been renovated a few times since then...). This hotel is very well located, just in the pedestrian part of Harderwijk and thus close to all restaurants and shops (but not noisy, as the city is very quiet at night). Stay here if you dont mind being cold all night in your room, and you dont mind an overwhelming smell of fish in the dining room. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful
