A good base if you have a car to visit Umbria - Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto. Beautiful small palces near by such as Betona. Really good restaurants within 1-3km. If you are travelling Italy stop here for a few nights to see Umbria. Fluent also in English & French, probably more!
