Very welcoming people. A nice Family that will be ready to show you how locals deal with the ordinary life in a farm. You can also join them in the yard, or cleaning the olives, etc... A lot of walking to do, so keep it in mind when planning a "short" walk before dinner or you'll miss some great food!
