Location is excellent, walking distance to old and new city, very friendly and helpful staff, large rooms, large variety of food, Clean, 3 pools. We did not use the Spa. Needs renovation, lifts were not working properly, Free WIFI in the Lobby, costly WIFI in the room.

From arriving to leaving staff friendly and very helpful. Room very clean with excellent sea view. Hotel full as it was Easter holiday - mealtimes a little chaotic but table easily found. Food very good with varied choice, some cooked fresh.
