We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and hard a wonderful time. We were upgraded to a sea-view room and given a bottle of wine as a honeymoon gift! Stayed at the Rasa Wing for ten nights with the bf. We upgraded before we went to stay as we were originally in the garden wing. We have stayed here once before in the Garden Wing but this time we booked the Rasa Wing and were not disappointed. I stayed here 4 nights during my honeymoon, we totally enjoyed it. Very elegant and great service. The beach was fantastic as well as restaurants bars and room service. I totally recommend it.

To start off I cannot recommend highly enough the Rasa wing. If you are a couple of have children that are older than 16, then this wing will be the way to go. We stayed at the Shangri-la Rasa Hotel in the Garden wing with Club access status.
