The staff were very helpful and were able to change our booking when things didn't go as planned. Rooms were very clean and quiet and the park is conveniently located.

Stayed at the park one night and was soooo impressed by everything. Very neat and tidy, great pool and hot tub, lovely staff, free DVDs, great rates. We had a campervan with power, lots of room. Would highly recommend the park to anyone thinking of going to Waitomo. Well done.
