This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Located in the picturesque countryside, it would suit those who seek a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. I wish we could stay longer but next time I'm in Waitomo I'll definitely stay there.

If you are driving through the area, this tucked away family run facility was a perfectly charming place to stay. Te Tiro' s 2 rustic cabins with private bath are very appealing. Each cabin has one room with big bed and kitchen and sleeping loft for 2. Simple accommodation, isolated, great view. If you are looking for a quiet and relax place, this is it. However, the room is small, with very simple ammenties, not very comfortable with the bed and shower etc.
