This hotel is located in a small street just in the main street of the center of Arraial, at a 10-minute walk from the beach. The rooms are ok, quite big and clean. We stayed in the cheapest option rooms which were fan cooled (although this wasn't needed during our stay), the room was simply furnished and the bed was changed every 3 days and the towels every 2 days.
