On coach trip, hotel was OK. Food pretty good but not a great variety. Lift very small, so expect delays if you are not good at stairs. Please owners fit electric showers. Mixer tap showers are very difficult to control temperature. The staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant. HOWEVER, entertainment in the evening was OK but not very many... More

I was on a coach trip from Cambridge and found the hotel warm and welcoming. The food was varied and well cooked and my room (single) was clean and had everything I required provided. Not sure how good value it would be if you booked independently as meals appeared to be extra. A good base to visit North Wales but... More

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night as a stop over for the victorian festival in Llandudno. We were offered a free breakfast as the hotel had scaffolding up outside our window, which we were emailed to let us know...alternative room at back but pay for breakfast...For the price of the room you would expect breakfast to be included, this... An excellent stay. A very clean and welcoming hotel. Excellent variety of hot, appetising food. Very friendly, efficient waitresses. Hotel needs some TLC, but would not stop us recommending it to others. Thank you.

I staid at this hotel as part of a 2 coach 3 night holiday and all I can say is to paraphrase, its one of the great little hotels of Wales. Allright its not little but it is a great hotel, family run and very attentive staff to look after everyone. It is a pity that there are bad reviews... More

I have just got home from a coach trip to the North Wales area staying at this hotel and was more than satisfied with it. The family that run it and their staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful and varied and very well presented and cooked. Its exterior belies the interior which has... More
