Having stayed at a Travelodge the night before in Oswestry I feared the worst! However this was a juxtaposition of the other site. Well trained and informed staff, clean!!, friendly, pre-empting the needs of a family and pet. Helpful in a wonderful location, little noise as away from main road!!!!! Enjoy!

Could do with a refurb but that said the rooms were clean and we would return as the location for touring the region could not be bettered. Staff were friendly. Follow the Welsh Dragon sign on the road outside to a fab breakfast cafe - they were so child friendly and the food was yummy, freshly cooked and with unlimited... More

Found this to be a nice clean and friendly Travelodge. Just a short walk from the town centre. There is a great place to eat breakfast just over a minutes walk away. It is a good base for visiting the local area.

Came here to stay for one night when i was on my way to a business conference. Was acceptable, polite staff although noisy during the night. Food was average. We paid £50 for 24 hours in a ground floor accessible room in April 2013. All the staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly. Don't be put off that it's on an industrial estate, there were no noise problems. Wheelchair accessible parking spaces at the front of the Travelodge. New Travelodge, clean, comfortable and great value. Got room during sale. Basic but adequate. Located near town on industrial estate. Good welcome. Slightly awkward going through so many doors and up stairs with baggage. Note advert of big breakfast on industrial estate worth checking out. Quiet with good sleep quality.

A new, quiet hotel, which is comfortable and great value for money. Staff were extremely helpful, especially as our party had 14 rooms booked. Basic but good value for money and easy walk from Porthmadog centre
