I went to a conference in this hotel. It is well located in Wageningen but the room is like a student house. I think the reception staff consists of students that really had a hard time to check in everybody for the conference. And it was a hot week but no air conditioning in the room. The mattress is too... More

I stayed at this hotel several years ago, and the truth is that I didn't like it at all. However, I stayed again here in April and I was surprised by quite a few changes. It is a big hotel and it is focused to host meetings, students, etc. The room I stayed was very small but it was OK,... More

Bedrooms slightly small, but as this is a conference hotel, that is pretty much to be expected. Nice and clean though. Restaurant was good and the meals we were given as part of the conference were excellent - superb choice with fabulous food. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

After paying a very reasonable amount for one night, I didn't get what they are aiming for. They want to be design or simply efficient. The hotel is huge, for a rather small town like Wageningen. As we were placed in "The Wing" where renovation was still going on, the room was surprisingly big. Though the bed was pushed into... More

The hotel now named the "Hof van Wageningen" is largely dedicated to hosting conferences. It has recently undergone rennovation and is expanding its market to include families. I have not seen the portion of the hotel with family sized rooms, but arrived on a Sunday, when a number of families were checking out, having spent the weekend there. My point... More

This hotel is now called "Hof van Wageningen" and is mainly used for workshops, conferences etcetera. It is therefore a "workhorse" of a hotel and poorly maintained. Several couches on the landings have holes in them, the carpet is threadbare at places. The elevator is simply ancient. The rooms are small, clean and the beds are good. The breakfast buffet... More

The rooms are really too small and everything is disgned a little cheap. Service is fine (except the lade at the reception that chased me away since I was half an hour too early for check in (not bad considering a travel of 20 hours). Breakfast is ok, bikes are for rental and the hotel is conveniently located close to... More

Overall a good place to stay. A bit old fashioned but the location is great, the breakfast good and wi-fi free. Our room was a double on the 8th floor with a nice Westerly view. It was spacious and bright. The bed is two mattresses side by side. The shower room compact but functional. It is clearly an old hotel... More

Hotel is OK and not too pricey. great location near the center. internet was done for the whole three nights despite the engineer "coming in the next 30 minutes" for the first two nights...i didn't bother asking the last time because i'm pretty sure "the engineer is coming in the next 30 minutes". i think it's time to get a... Stayed here for 4 nights while attending a conference in the same hotel. Room was small and a bit dated, bed was uncomfortable, but overall the room was clean. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection of cereals, bread, hot food, juice and fruit. Staff were very friendly and the conference facilities were good. Wi-fi was a bit... More
