We went to Borgo Poneta last week and we loved it very much. We searched hours and hours for the best place. Location: This place is central to Sienna, Firenza, Pisa and you can see San Gimignano out of the window like a fairytale. It is so quiet that you can hear your own blood pumping. There was also another... More

Had an absolutely fantastic time here October 2009. Unbelievable views. Great rates. Lorenzo and other host (son of owners? plays guitar) could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Huge adorable german Shepherd named Fabo and resident farm kittens kept us entertained! Wonderfully renovated apartments, ours had wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, laundry facilities on site, plus free welcoming bottle... More

Borgo Poneta is a very scenic and beautiful place to stay. It is also in a great location to explore the region. We had views of the rolling Tuscan hills from our apartment and from the infinity pool - the latter which is set in an olive grove and is one of the most peaceful pools I have ever had... More

We stayed at Borgo Poneta in June with our 2yr old. We had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed. The views surrounding the property were just amazing. We happily sat outside in the evening and enjoyed a wine, just relaxing. Fantastic kids play area to come home to every day. Pool looked gorgeous, but it was a... More

Very nice location with a good view over the valley. Also a lot of nice locations, like San Gimignano are about 30 min away with car. The (old) farm is romantic, quiet and clean. Feeling hot, no problem, just take a dip in the pool down hill from the terrace :)

Excellent location, spectacular view with San Gimignano in the background, a place for the soul. The pool could use a clean-up, other than that, great place.

This is the third time we have visited and we have already booked again for next year. The agriturisrmo is a really fantastic place to relax and unwind taking in the beuatiful scenery by the swimming pool. The Manager Lorenzo is always extremely helpful and nothing is ever to much. The location is excellent for trips to all the major... More

Borgo Poneta is a fantastic working farm with olive groves and vineyards in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. The location is ideal for exploring both Florence & Sienna, it is halfway between the two cities. The local village is great for good value eating out & the local supermarket in the village has everything you need. Lorenzo who runs... More
