This hotel is a real treat! Has two restaurants with great service. The SPA area(pools, saunas, steam baths, relax rooms) is also one of the best I have visited in Bulgaria. The 'thermal' pool is must visit! Excellent value for money!

The rooms are big and clean and with a big bathroom as well. The swimming pools are also very good well serviced and clean. The food is also with a very good quality. It is more expensive than other hotels with similar services so it is better to look for some discount price offers.

It seems that this hotel is my kids favourite, since there is a warm pool. It's a best place for 3 days holiday. I love the rooms, the great big beds and smell of freshly baked croissants for breakfast. My family and I, we hate cold pools so this is paradise for us, pool's water temperature is 27-35 C :).Who cares if it's rainy, cold or windy outside!

The hotel is very nice, its located outside the city so you will need to use your car or get a taxi. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The SPA center is worth visiting. However, they need to work on their service. It definitely needs improvement. The hotel is worth visiting!
