We stayed for two nights in Hotel Ganapati Plaza and overall the experience was horrible to say the least. Poor service, dirty rooms, bad behavior of staff added to the terrible experience. No right thinking traveller should stay here. Only thing good was the location of the hotel but that doesnot take away the worst experience.

This is my 1st visit to Haridwar with my wife and son. Hotel environment is very good. All the basic amenities are good. Near to the famous har ki paudi. But hotel room was not so good,The staff are all well groomed and co-operative.But one thing is not choose roadside room it was very noisy all time.

Provided good hospitality. Staff is polite. Enjoyed stay in the Hotel. Food is good. Hotel had very good food court. Good for specially family member to stay. I choose correct advice from the trip adviser.

The Hotel is located right heart of the Har Ki Pauri. The hotel location is very good. Every Time we will stay in that Hotel. The Food is also very good. The Staff is very help full & good nature. The main thing is they have safe parking. My family give 3 Star to the hotel

I went on tour of Haridawr as on 21st july 2012 and stay in Hotel Ganpati plaza and it was great exprience to stay with this plaza... I would like to stay once again in Ganpati plaza hotel whenever I will go Haridwar in future.
