We spent one night in The Moorings in Wanaka, searching for higher temperatures. We got warmer weather and we got a loverly stay. A beautiful appartement (' room' doesn't say enough), lovely host who made us more then welcome and e great view over the lake. The village is within walking distance, so what do you need more?

We had a fantastic apartment for 2 nights overlooking the lake. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Ian. The apartment lacked nothing and was spacious & immaculate. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Fabulous views of the lake and surrounding mountains. A few minutes walk into town. Would definitely stay again when visiting this beautiful town.
