This was a great place to stay. I chose it because of the lake view but I also got a view of mountains with snow on them. It was clean and roomy and had a washing line just out the back, which I really needed. It was also convenient to restaurants and very well priced.

Excellent value for money... having stayed in Wanaka before i was not sure about this place but it was great.. Awesome views good friendly staff. The rooms are big and clean and fresh. Very close to main street and across the road from the lake. Be happy to stay here again.

We were lucky to obtain the last available room for one night when we realized that the drive we had planned was too far for one day. Short family trip away over winter. Was a perfect location for our 3.5 year old being across from the new playground and an easy walk to the Wanaka township. Also, lots of room for kids indoors on a rainy day.
