Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful hotel, with beautiful rooms. I was surprised however with the commercial toilets in the rooms, crooked light switches, and the over 30 minutes we waited for the staff to fix our broken door lock. The hotel us old but nice. It is very spacious. The ocean view from up top is amazing. The boat ride to the island is cool. The island.is big and well maintained. Wear water shoes though cause the bottom is rocky. My only complaint is the food is very expensive for what you get.

It was a family vacation weekend, which was excellent. Stayed in the Marina area next to the waterpark which is a great location!!.. The waterpark is very good for kids and adults and also enjoyed very much Palomino island... Food prices are good for a resort. Will love the experience!

The hotel is very run down, dirty, and the staff does not make up for this by being over attentive. For the price I would go elsewhere.
