We stayed in The Ashbrook arme whild attending a edding acrross the road in Durrow castle. From the moment we walked in the door we were delighted with the warm and friendly welcome , we were shown to our very spacoius and spotlees clean room with great views of the river, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever... We stayed here for 2 nights when going to a wedding at the castle across the road. The place is brilliant and the staff are even better, nothing was too much trouble for them at all. Could not find anything to find fault with.

Stayed here when going to a wedding in the castle across the road. We all thought it was fantastic, better than most hotels with very friendly staff, huge rooms, so clean and fresh it was really hard to fault.

Stayed here the night before a wedding in Castle Durrow. Service was great, the room was huge and had two extremely comfortable kind sized beds. One of the best B&B's I ever stayed in. Breakfast was very good too.

A great place to stay, excellent sized room, a great breakfast and a very friendly welcome. The property is located in the centre of Durrow, very convenient to Durrow Castle, where we attended a wedding. The room we stayed in was a very large twin room, simply decoratec but stylish and in keeping with the character of the house. Highly recommended.

I have eaten here on countless occasions with family, friends and work colleagues. I can not fault the service or food in any way. Rosezita always goes out of her way to make sure you are welcomed and looked after, even when it is very busy. The other staff are highly trained also. Séan the head chef always gets the... More

Was here for a family meal recently (3 young kids, 2 teenagers and 6 adults). Service was excellent. Food prompt. Lovely hot rolls and homemade brown bread laid out for us while we waited for starters. Wide selection on menu to suit everyone and the chef even made garlic bread especially for the younger kids even though it wasn't on... More

Had a wedding to go to in Castle Durrow, and in place of an expensive room at the castle, my partner and I had the absolute pleasure of staying in the beautifully restored Ashbrook Arms. Our room was simple and beautifully presented. The bathroom was lovely and the bed was so comfy, it was tough to get out of. And... More

Rosezita makes this place run like clockwork. My girlfriend and I, and three friends, stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding at the Castle, which is a short walk away. A warm welcome late on Friday night, great breakfasts on the two mornings (kudos to Sean in the kitchen), and exceptional treatment in between. There was no iron... More

We were going to a wedding at castle durrow. Ashbrook arms is a quick walk away so no need for taxis. We arrived late on Friday night and we received a very friendly welcome. Our room was lovely and clean (I'm very fussy with cleanliness at hotels and I couldn't fault the ashbrook). Our room had 2 king size beds,... More
