there are no taxi's in laoag but they do have tricycles that can take you from one place to another. this hotel is located on the highway so, it is convenient to get a ride. it is also located next to robinson's mall. while their restaurant is small, they really try to offer different things. the rooms are functional.

We picked Rosewell because it was new and close to Robinson Mall. The air conditioning wasn't working that night and there was a strong sewer like stench which were negatives but can be improved immediately. We were surprised to find such a nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. My friends and I had connecting rooms that were clean and comfortable. Food was good and restroom was clean. Rates were also quite affordable.
