please dont stay here. dirty cold rude to start. room had no heating least that stopped the cockroachs! we had to stay here cos of a mix up with dates at another hotel in springedale. there were no other rms left in sdale and it was 6pm on a holiday. should hav slept under the stars .

Nothing good to say. Slow check in, high price, musty smell, no hangers in closet area, nasty paint job, carpet turned my feet black, chipped & old furniture, old towels, no towel hanger, toilet leaks,etc,etc. Don't stay here. Seriously. (well, I guess the maid was nice- that's the only good thing I can say.)

Check-in was a nightmare with rude owner. Rooms are small, not maintained, noisy, dark & dingy. No room to hang a towel when you shower, curtains are torn, pool is small & dirty. I wanted to cancel after seeing the room but owner said I would be charged for 3 days due to 48 hour cancellation policy.

It took us a full forty five minutes to check in the process was so slow and in efficient.
