I agree with many of the other reviews that say the location is the best part of this hotel. It is true you are in the park, and probably one of the cheaper rates...in the park. However, compared to the VERY nice Best Western in Gardiner, and the selection of options in West Yellowstone, most of which were cheaper, I... More

Average lodge with standard rooms. Nothing special but no real cons. Location of the lodge was good. Price is purely triggered by this location. Restaurant linked to the hotel has very good. Nice staff, food and views!

We stayed four-nights in the Lodge. First, we were lucky to have the room - arrived late afternoon and wanted to change the campground reservation to any lodge as one of the group was ill. The rooms are OK, but the price reflects the fact that it is inside park and other options are limited. Location is not the best,... More

This "hotel" was not clean and the management was not helpful. Our room had mildew in it in the bathroom. There was also crud in the shower. One of the bath towels had what looked like blood stains on it. I notified the front desk clerk and they did take off one night's stay from our bill - but then... More

Clean room, in the park. Don't think it's supposed to be more than a place to stay. We were just lucky to get in at the last minute - and luckier still to get a night at Old Faithful Inn. We spent two nights in the Park - which was enough for us - Grant being in the south broke... More

We stayed here for a family vacation in Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Booked late and this was one of the few places available. It served its basic purpose, which was to provide a shelter for the travelers looking for a place to sleep, eat and get clean - nothing much more than that. I would compare the quality of accommodation... More

We stayed here in May 2011with our 4 yr old daughter. We actually had no plans to stay at the lodge, as we were camping, and had planned to drive out the following day towards Grand Teton NP. But then it snowed -- in mid May, yes!, and we decided to pack up early and head south. This was the... More

We got the last room in the park, there was no choice at all. The Grant Village is not Grand at all, actually it is extremely basic. The rooms are very small (we were travelling with two children), with four people it was kind of tough, particularly when you happen to be there on a rainy day, as we were,... More

We stayed here 2 nights (8/15-16/11). Felt lucky to get reservation in park because we only started looking about 1 month before our trip. Then, we were worried because some of the negative reviews. But we were happy with our stay. Self, husband, & 21-year old son stayed in Room D114 of Grant Lodge. Check-in was not supposed to be... More

On checking out of Dunraven, we asked the clerk to check to see if anything welse was available that night. "Sorry sir no oh hang on a cancellation has just come through" And so it was we ended up at Grant Lodge after driving and walking all over the park. Quite frankly, some of the negative comments seems petty. On... More
