Stayed with friends 2 nights for "It's a Wonderful Life" weekend in Seneca Falls. Most welcoming B&B I have ever stayed in! Carol allows you to feel like you are visiting a dear friend with her warm, sincere welcome. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Bed very comfortable. Rooms charming, and a tasty freshly prepared breakfast each morning. Carol puts much time... More

We just returned today from a three night stay at the VanCleef Homestead. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Carol was a delightful hostess - the breakfast offerings were delicious. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room and felt very at home. We would recommend the VanCleef Homestead to anyone interested in exploring the NY Finger Lakes region. More

We spent two nights at the VanCleef Homestead. Great hosts, very clean and spacy room. Nice comfortable common living room. Good breakfast. Wifi was spotty, but we were told they would be improving this. Nicely located in Finger Lakes wine region. Interesting town. More

We have a 4 year old son and were surprised that very few B&B's here in the US will accept children. However, the VanCleef Homestead does and we were so appreciative of their hospitality. The owner Carol is lovely and was so welcoming to our little boy. We had the most lovely stay and would highly recommend this B&B to... More

A rare find - a B+B that is kid friendly! We bought our 16month old and we were offered use of a pristine pack-n-play and highchair! We stayed in the downstairs suite which had a huge bathroom with a shower and claw-foot tub. It was also had the benefit of being a little further from the other guests so we... More

We were here in my mother's hometown of Seneca Falls three days, and were very happy and comfortable during our stay. The VanCleef Homestead has a homey atmosphere, and a gracious innkeeper. The breakfasts were great. Everything was clean, with a comfortable bed and nice linens. We were busy visiting family, and didn't get a chance to use the lovely... More

We stayed for a total of three nights and used the Van Cleef Homestead B&B as our base for exploring the wineries of the Finger Lakes and to do some hiking and swimming in the surrounding national forests and national parks. The place is just lovely and provides a very homely and inviting atmosphere. Carol, the innkeeper, makes you feel... More

We stayed at the VanCleef on the weekend of June 25-26. We had never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before but we decided to give it a try. Carol, the inkeeper was very helpful and friendly. The room was absolutely cozy and charming. We had a good time chatting with other guests in the living room. The breakfast was... More

The hospitatlity here is second to none; Carol goes out of her way to make sure guests feel welcome, and have all they need. Being able to use a fridge, and borrow proper wine glasses made our stay super easy, as we were visiting the region's wineries. Breakfast is different everyday, home made, and delicious. The rooms are spacious, unique... More

Our stay at the Vancleef Bed and Breakfast was wonderful. Carol greeted us upon arrival and made us feel like part of the home. She went out of her way to accomodate our needs. The homemade breakfasts were wonderful. We woke up anticipating what we were going to have for breakfast. Carol is very thorough and informative. We felt like... More
