I got a great deal for this hotel through hotwire web site. This hotel had all the right ingredients for a five star hotel,; service, quality of the suites, food at the restaurant, free shuttle to local restaurants, gift shop, and take out breakfast on the way out in the morning. There is also a strip mall next door within walking... More

On checking in to the embassy suites i had my card authorised for $2000 for 3 rooms in error and on leaving the manager admitted the mistake and said he would call my bank to have it refunded and guess what ... they take even more money on the monday ! As it stands my bank has nearly $2000 outstanding... More

Where do I begin? The front desk staff was suberb. I was coming in on a short business trip, and they got me in and out in no time at all. The bed was so comfortable! It rained one night, and the dark room and sounds of rain were both soooo inviting! Of course, my feet were cold...but, they warmed... More

I stayed here for one night. The hotel was very busy. There is a lot of construction going on in the area as they build the Metro to Dulles. Once completed it will be nice. I found the room to be clean and pleasant. I had the king bed suite in the bedroom, with a door that shuts off the... More

I stayed on the 8th floor and found the room to be nicely appointed. The king bed was comfortable with upscale linens and pillows. The pull out couch was not as nice as the bed, but provided a good night's sleep. The Crabtree & Evelyn complimentary toiletries was excellent and again, upscale. The free breakfast had a station where 2... More

For $250 a night I expected A LOT more. The website states " newly renovated Embassy Suites Tysons Corner hotel," but I cannot tell you what was renovated. The furniture in my room was old, uncomfortable, and dirty. I stayed for two weeks and on the day I checked in there were greasy fingerprints all over the front of the... More

Thank you for taking the time to offer us valued feedback in regards to your recent stay. As a hotel that prides ourselves on our great service and product it was disappointing to hear that we did not execute to our normal high standards. We take the guest experience very seriously and are constantly striving to improve and innovate to... More

I stayed here for a handful of nights on a last minute trip. I loved how close it was to Tyson's Corner Mall - super easy to get to. 95% of the time, I was at the hotel though, as I was doing some work. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The room was... More

This hotel has a nicely designed recreational pool with comfortable water temperatures and a swimming pool lift for anyone needing such assistance. Pool hours are 10 a.m.-10 p.m. with a lifeguard and plenty of towels poolside. Ideally this pool is for play, not large enough for lap swimming. FYI-This hotel is ideally located, about six miles from Clemyjontri park, a... More

It was the best decision to spend this weekend here. Away from the pricey Downtown Washington DC but not too far. We took the Metro downtown so we didnt have to deal with parking and traffic. We loved our room, very clean bathroom, confortable beds, no bad smells at all. It was great to be able to come back to... More

The location is convenient within Tyson's corner. This is a standard Embassy set up. The hotel is a bit older than most. Some of the furniture looks "tired" and could use an update. My only real complaint was you could hear a decent amount of road noise from Leesburg Pike. This hotel was OK but for $250/night I expected a... More
