We stayed here in January and it was a great experience. Connie was there to meet us at the door with champagne and hot chocolate banana bread 😁. The breakfast and in room treats missed nothing and the collection of things in the house is cool!!

The GG is wonderful and I’m so glad we stayed there on this, our 4th visit, to Walla Walla. We will definitely stay there from now on. the inn is beautiful and full of history. We stayed in the champagne room which has a full bathroom, seating area, balcony and king bed with luxury linens. The inn is very quiet and the French continental breakfast is delicious. The common areas of the inn are decorated tastefully and in the style of a Parisian luxury boutique hotel. We have stayed in luxury accommodations all over the world, cruised on small ships and stayed in top hotels in the US and this is definitely one of the top destinations.

It’s a gem! Vibrant, creative and comfortable. Great combination of new and historic. Hosts were exceptional and very attentive at all times. We were greeted with warmth and that feeling stayed with us throughout the stay. Common are space and the porch were inviting spots to read and relax with a glass of wine. It felt like staying with friends and family at a large villa. Enjoyed walking around the tree-lined neighborhood with my coffee in the mornings. The innkeepers have put significant effort in decor. It’s not only creative, it has a fabulous feel. I have Four Seasons bedding at home because I’m spoiled and goodnight sleep is worth every reasonable expense. From mattress to quality of linen at The GG - they absolutely nailed the comfort so I felt right at home. Extra spacious rooms with thoughtful touches - Nespresso coffee maker, ice bucket and even hair ties if needed! Thank you for a pleasant stay - we look forward to our return.

We stayed at the GG for a weekend with our group of sorority sisters and it was a truly exceptional event. The GG is full of glamourous details, including for example, designer accessories and china, fine bed linens, caramels and fresh flowers on the nightstand, and comfy beautifully monogrammed robes. Each room is beautifully decorated. There are so many unique and beautifully designed spaces to gather and visit. Chef Ian was amazing, serving tasty gourmet meals. Dining on the lawn was like dining in Tuscany. The wine cellar was stocked with the best of the local wines (the wine snobs among us loved it). Best of all was the kind and gracious hospitality of our hosts Connie and Karrie. In addition to taking care of every need we had at the GG, they arranged for a customized wine tasting experience at one of the best wineries in the area and a visit to a great tasting room downtown. I would highly recommend staying at the GG.

My husband and I along with our little chihuahua Louis, visited this precious hotel in Walla Walla for the 4th of July weekend! Karrie and Connie were beyond helpful and fabulous hostesses, and we had the most amazing time! We stayed at their LV Suite and it was so perfectly decorated and so welcoming! It is very centrally located and you can get around easily to any vineyards or restaurants! Even our little Louis was greeted with some doggie treats. Also, the breakfast on the veranda was just delightful! Definitely coming back and recommend it to everyone!

One of the best spots you can stay in the country. It’s a whole experience from the things you can go out and do to the rooms and details of the hotel itself. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It was amazing and the owners make you feel so at home. I will be bringing people back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the GG. Karrie and Connie have managed to blend fashion and comfort to create the most luxurious accommodation experience. The GG is located on a quiet residential street and is within a ten minute walk to the heart of downtown. Karrie was the ultimate hostess. She is engaging, vibrant and genuine. She arranged incredible tasting experiences at local wineries and their chef Raul created a five-course dining experience that was off the charts! We can't imagine visiting and not staying at the GG! We highly recommend the GG and can’t wait to return!

Downton Abbey Fan? Wonder what it felt like to live in a mansion in the early 19th C? History Buff? Collector? The GG gives you a chance to immerse in the luxury of a bygone time. The perky owners have filled it with art and collectibles to keep you wandering the halls. A great living history experience!
