Last fall I spent a week calling local Walla Walla conference spaces to find an affordable space to hold our annual Christmas Open House for children with disabilities. The Best Western conference space was by far the most beautiful, was ADA compliant, and the most affordable. We chose to have our party there, the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating.... We stayed here for a few days and found the staff very helpful. The room was clean and it was great that we could have our dog with us.

For the price you pay the place is pretty average. The rooms are average. The breakfast was average. The one place where this hotel did stand out was that the people here were all friendly and courteous across the board. The hotel was clean, and the staff VERY friendly. Warm cookies and candy on the front desk didn't hurt either. They had brochures of things to do and see in the city making it easier to plan or add to your day, plus they're pet friendly. WALLA WALLA BEST WESTERN is one of the friendlest and most professionally operated hotels i stay in. The staff is 1st class, the rooms are exceptinally clean and they attempt to check you in early if you arrive early. Cost wise, you can not beat this hotel.
