I recently coordinated a stay in Newport for our small corporate group and the majority of our guests stayed at Pearls. With dinners at 22 Bowen's and Pasta Beach, activities and free time in the evenings and their beautiful adjacent gardens we could not have asked for a more brilliant location. Ray, Peter and the staff went out of their... More

Came to Newport to find the quintessential event space. Pearls Boutique Hotel offered a spectacular outdoor space for our event. From the oyster shells, to the flowers, to the outdoor kitchen, spacious grounds, to the eye catching antique brick wall, and privacy all within a three minute walk to the heart of the Newport . To our delight we found... More

This is a complex review for me to write, but I want to be completely fair about my wife's and my experience. My wife (fiancé at the time) and I live in Newport about 3/4 of a mile from Pearl's. In planning our wedding, we looked to use Pearl's as both the hotel for our family and wedding party to... More

My wife and I have been to Pearls now numerous times and always really love it! Peter and Ray are great hosts and fun to hang out with... and the food, atmosphere, courtyard, breakfast porch, artwork, clean nice rooms, wood floors, and the overall vibe is always just perfect! It's a gem in the heart of walkable Newport just a... More

I just stayed here, since the hotel in which the conference I was attending was held was fully booked. I'm so happy that I stayed here instead. I had a lovely suite (#8, I think). I had to arrive a day late due to Hurricane Sandy, and the staff were extremely helpful. I mainly dealt with Peter, and he was... More

Thank you Ray for you're gracious hospitality. We were taken away by the privacy and intimacy of your Homes, You're personality and charm cinched it for us and for sure you will be seeing us again. Our favorite town of Newport is even better with The Pearls Boutique. Thank you - Stefan n Kimberly

Ray and Peter are the men!!! We spend our 15 year anniversary at the Pearl and had the best time. Ray and Peyer went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, from logs for the fireplace to wine in our room, or even extra towels. They even helped with places to go to eat. We just... More

We stayed in Newport one night for the Newport Half Marathon on Oct 14th. Glad we picked Pearls because of it's extremely convenient and central location. More importantly, Ray and Peter were both so helpful and accomodating, they were the main reason why our stay at Pearls was great. Night before the race, we were hooked up with a nice... More

I want to be fair, so on the positive side, we arrived 3 hours early and were shown promptly to our room on the 2nd floor, which was actually a little suite, in that it included a little living room with sofas. No fresh flowers, muffins, sparkling water, but lots of suggestions on where to go and what to see.... More

Accommodations were well located, but could be a little less dusty. Management was pleasant, but assistance was a little disjointed with long gaps between the time we requested certain items and they appeared.
