What a gem! John and Jennifer know how to make guests feel happy at their lovely B&B. Beautiful rooms, nicely decorated, very good breakfasts. The house is centrally located, close to downtown Newport. Very pleasant hosts always available for help. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at the Brinley Victorian Inn. John and Jennifer have an incredible amount of local knowledge that led us to some great dining and an altogether enjoyable weekend. The room we stayed in was clean and had a romantic gas fire place. We look forward to coming back.
