We highly recommend this bed and breakfast after spending 3 days and 2 nights in Newport. Jennifer, the new hostess, is warm and welcoming and serves an amazing breakfast. The afternoon chocolate chip cookies were delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable including a great hot tub. We will definitely return to this facility in another Newport visit.
