We spent a week in the charming location in the center of Newport Action on Thames St. Very comfortable with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable but had a very heavy duvet that made sleeping difficult due to weight. Parking at a premium in Newport so we were pleased they had space included.

Don't miss this charming one or two bedroom suite hotel in downtown Newport right near the water and restaurants. Continental Breakfast included. Some suites have a Jacuzzi. We got a walk in booking referred from the Newport visitors centre, a suite for $99 inc tax and breakfast and free parking. You can't go wrong. I wouldn't pay through the nose for this place in high season because to believe you can get better views in other hotels but for march it's pretty good value.

Wonderful hotel with amazingly beautiful suites. We walked 2nd beach, feed the gulls and strolled the cliff walk. Chowder by the fire at the moorings and decadence at destination chocolates. All arranged by the hotel. Suites are gorgeous, huge and the best in town. We will be back.

the rooms are spacious, clean and the location is perfect. 24/7 front desk is helpful. Though no real water view, usual 'hotel amenities' don't exist, since it's a time share rental place. But in my book, you don't need them if you're out exploring the town. Been there 2X and may return again.
