You can't beat the location. This inn is in the middle of everything. You can walk to restaurants and shops. The rooms were nothing fancy but clean and spacious. I would definitely reccomend this place. The price was very reasonable.

Staff was super friendly, made us feel at home. Location was the best. Rooms were much larger than we expected and had a private bath (not always the case in a B & B). Bed was very comfortable and there was a mini fridge in the room. Cant wait to go back!

I happened upon this Inn last year, for a short stay in Newport, and felt immediately at home came back this year for a week because the staff is excellent, rooms and neat and clean, breakfast and tea are perfect, and included with the price of the room! – Charming and historic, not impartial and stuffy! I spent the night in a lower corner room. At first I thought it would be loud however I really liked the view and decor therefore I did not switch rooms. I was pleasantly surprised the room was quiet. The best part of my stay aside from the excellent service was the great breakfast buffet
