Stayed here 1 night before going to the Grand Canyon. The staff was terrific! Gave great advice on local spots, printed directions on how to get there and called the room to ensure everything met our satisfaction. Stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Flagstaff on 11-12 May 12. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast, especially the waffles, smoked sausage, fruit, and coffee, was delicious. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. If you are staying in Flagstaff, this hotel is your top choice. Exceptional in every area!

Had a nice stay at this Hampton. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the 3 breakfast attendants on the morning of Sat 5/5 were top notch. They were friendly, kept everything tidy and did an awesome job refilling food and drinks. Will probably be back.

I was able to book a reward stay here on very short notice and I'm glad they had a good room for us. As usual, the king bed was very comfortable. Called at Hampton Flagstaff ahead of our shedule on the trip, and requested a change of stay. ie. to change from the following night to this night. Without hesitation the staff made this change so easy and without question, they deserve recognition for service to customers requests.
